1. All Sales Are Final — With Limited Exceptions
Because our products are intended strictly for research use only (RUO) and are sensitive to environmental conditions (temperature, light, handling), we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind

- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or removed from original packaging
- Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
2. When We Do Offer Refunds or Replacements
We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
Damaged or Compromised Packaging
